How to manage your time.

TGIF! :)

I can finally breathe calmly and update my blog. This week is so hectic and packed. I don't even get enough sleep. I only get to sleep for 3 hours. I have so many assignments,lab reports,quiz and tests this week and next week. I'm quite exhausted due to the lack of sleep. I even skip my meals just to take a nap. Can't wait for next Friday because I am going home.baby! :) However, next week will become more hectic since I have 3 tests, 4 lab reports and 2 assignments to do. I hope I can do well. This semester is the toughest among the six semesters.I think I should manage my time wisely in order to perform well. So, I would like to share with you some tips I've read on how to manage your time effectively :

1. Make a list of the tasks you need to accomplish.


2. Assign realistic priorities to each task.

• Priority 1: due today or tomorrow
• Priority 2: due in one week
• Priority 3: due in one month
• Priority 4: due next year

3. Balance your effort. Work on small portions every day.

• Do the daily tasks. Concentrate on what is at hand, then move on to the next daily task. Once daily tasks are completed, proceed to the next step, if desired.
• Do the weekly tasks. Once weekly tasks are completed, proceed to the next step, if desired.
• Do the monthly tasks. Once monthly tasks are completed, proceed to the next step, if desired.
• Do the yearly tasks.
•  Small portions of the future tasks will have been done ahead of time.

4. Decide upon the time of day. Some people are more productive in the morning than the evening.


5. Manage time in increments. Play a game with yourself by competing against time.

• Work in fifteen minute, half hour or hour intervals.
• Give yourself a time limit to complete a portion of a task or the entire task.

6. Take a break. Clear your mind and refresh yourself to refocus.

• Decide beforehand on a 5, 10 or 15 minute break and stick to that decision.
• During your break, reassess to develop a new perspective.
• Breaks provide incentive by giving you something to look forward to.

7. Keep track of your progress.

• Cross things off the list as they are completed.
• You'll feel more relieved and relaxed just by getting through the daily tasks.
• This will give you a sense of accomplishment and spur motivation.

8. Reassess the list.

• Rewrite and re prioritize your list as needed.
• Add new tasks to the list.
• Eliminate certain tasks.
• Delegate tasks to others.
• Use technology to complete tasks more quickly, efficiently or accurately.

9. Make sure to leave time for fun, it doesn't have to be a lot of time but make sure that you do!


10. Sleep for 6-8 hours every night. If you don't sleep for the proper amount of time, you'll probably suffer from lack of concentration and focus and that won't allow you to function well.

Its already 7th January but I think its not too late for me to wish Happy New Year to everyone :) What to do. I don't have time to update my blog during New Year's Eve. Actually I wanna talk about new year resolutions. I bet many of you has set several resolution for this year. Mind to share with me? Naah, just kidding. No matter what your resolutions are, I wish you all the best and may you reach your goals :) Lots of my friends had been asking what are my resolutions for this year but it seems a little difficult for me to answer that. It's because I've never had any resolutions before. Since they've been asking me, it makes me come to sense that maybe I should set a few new year resolutions too. So, before I go to sleep; I lay in my bed with one arm lies on my forehead *okay,I describe too much thinking what resolutions I can make for this year. In the end I end up with nothing. Some ideas came across my mind but I don't wanna make it as my resolutions because I know I won't take it seriouly and eventually I will forget about it. So, I only hope that I can survive this year and improve myself in everything but the most important thing is that I hope I can improve my academic results. That's my main goal for this year.
So, 2012, please be nice to me! :)

I'm alive,not dead yet :)

I know that I've been gone for quite a while but I'm not dead yet yo haters! *all of sudden.I'm crazy Okay, there's nothing much I wanna say here but I just wanna inform you that I'll be rarely updating my blog from now on since I've been sooo busy with studies. Final examination is just around the corner & I wouldn't wanna repeat any of these subject: Microbiology, Pre Calculus, Chemistry, Basic Islamic Principe, English & last but not least, Fundamental of computers. Though I am extremely super lazy to study, I have no choice but to study *what the hell I'm babbling about  But no worry peeps, I'll be back this mid Oct till mid Nov. Its semester break yo! *why am I talking like a nigga?=,=  Actually,I was thinking of doing a part-time job during the break but I can't decide it yet. I mean I can't make up my mind whether I wanna do it or not. Hmm...lets go through this matter together. I love making money but at the same time I love slacking. I wouldn't waste any second that I have by not slacking. So, whaddaya think,dude? Please do leave your opinion here. I really appreciate it. About my job choices, I'm thinking Parkson. Its not that I already fell in love with Parkson but I'm thinking that its easier for me to get a job there since I've had an experienced working there before. Besides, I already have some friends there which will be a bonus for me. Well, its better for me to focus for my final first. By the way, wish me luck for my final,okay. Please pray for my success. Hohoho... *doing the Santa Claus' laugh I'm so happy to be home for a week. Finally I can release all the stresses and pressure I had while I'm in PILAHdelphia. I wanted to go for a couple of movies but it seems that none of the listed movies interests me. My sister had promised to buy me Transformers tickets while my friend promised to buy me Harry Potter tickets but honestly I'm not into those movies. Its not like I hate them but they're just not my type. I think? So,I was thinking should I just go and watch it anyway since I don't have to spend any money or should I cancel the date and save their money? Hurm, I'm confused rite now. *ish,kau ni Alyaa,time cuti pun still nak serabutkan otak pikir menda yg remeh temehMaybe I should just go. I mean this opportunity doesn't always come. So I should seize this opportunity and enjoy every  second spent to the fullest,aite? Hohoho... :)

Don't Stop Believing

Its already July. Oh, how fast time passed by. This week will be my last week before the mid-term semester break for all UiTM. I'm so excited to escape from this jungle and go back to Putrajaya but one thing that keeps bothering me is that I have 3 tests to do before I can joli katak with my family. I have Pre-Calculus, Chemistry & Microbiology tests on the same day, Thursday. *Omigosh...! The main problem is that I don't have the mood to study. I feel like I've already given up with my study. I know its too early but I can't help it. I've tried to fight with this feelings but its seems that I lost the battle. Dear Allah, please give me the strength and the spirit to fight again. I really want to make my parents proud with me. I never want to let them down. One more thing, I love Microbiology but sometimes, I lay down and think why on earth I chose this killer course. I know this course is tough and I need to study hard but stiil, I chose this course and now there's a little bit sense of regret. I'm afraid to tell my parents. They will surely scold me. I really hope that I can get up again and fight till the end. I know I can do it. I just need some time to gather my strength and prepare to fight again. To all my friends, please pray for my success. I really need it. I appreciate all your kindness. Thank you for always being supportive and understanding. I love you guys so much!

okay,hari ni aku nak tulis dlm BM. I'm still a genuine malay okay *nada gediks So,setelah sekian lama aku tak update blog aku *I miss you,baybeh! akhirnya aku gagahkan jugak jejariku ini ntok terus tabah mematuk-matuk keyboard kesayanganku ini. Aku nak citer psl MDS kat UiTM Kuala Pilah.First2 tu memang penatttt gila smpai rase cam nak give up je. But at last, aku jatuh cinta ngan MDS ney. Nak tau kenape? sebab MDS ney dah banyak ubah care aku berfikir. Kalau dulu aku memang mengade ngade tahap ke-4 susah sket dah nak merungut,nak buat perangai tapi lepas MDS ney memang hilang terus sume tabiat buruk tu.Aku dah boleh control perangai aku ntok trime ape2 je rezeki yg aku dapat walaupun tak seberape. UiTM Pilah ney memang la kampus dalam hutan belantara.Seriously! Memang dalam hutan. Nak keluar ke bandar terdekat pun dalam 15KM jugak la.Transport available pun bas UiTM & cab je.Tapi for sure la cab mahal tahap gaban kan. Okay, aku nak citer sket pasal kampus Beting ney. Hostel sangat memuaskan.Alhamdulillah. Bangunan fakulti pun okay jugak.Jalan dari hostel ke fakulti tu takde la jao sgt pun.mse mule2 sampai sini,memang nampak macam jao tapi lepas MDS,rase dekat je jalan kaki.Mane taknye,time MDS kitorang kena ulang-alik dari hostel ke fakulti banyak kali kot dalam sehari tuh.Adela dalam 6-7 kali jugak.Memang penat.Sume bende nak kene wat cepat2. Even makan pun kene cepat2.Telan je terus.takyah kunyah2 dah.haha....Bangun pun kene awal. Pukul 4:30 am kitorang dah bangun. Pukul 5:15 dah kene berkumpul dekat bawah. Aku dah la duduk Tingkat paling atas. Tingkat 5. Memang kelam kabut la minggu tu. Balik lak lewat. Pukul 12 am baru sampai bilik. Nak mandi & iron baju ntok esok lagi. Last2 pukul 2 am baru tidur. Dasyat kan? Tapi sume tu ade kebaikannye. Boleh wat kitorang ney lagi berdisiplin. Sekarang ney kuliah dah start tapi normal la kan, first week ney memang lecturer tak masuk pun kelas. Skang ney aku rindu giler ngan ayat2 famous abang2 & akak2 PM :

Yup. You've saw that. I've postponed my National Service till 2014.Woot woot! *I'm such a retard Actually, I don't want to postpone it but I don't wanna be left out in education *hell no I mean Most of my friends have started their studies but I still gedik-ing at the camp. So,for everyone's sake *ecece...padahal for my own sake je pun I've decided to put National Service in my K.I.V list. Not that I want to run away *chill la pakcik

Btw, I've noticed that my post becomes shorter each *couple of* days. Why ah? Am I too lazy to write an essay? *Yes,I am. So,I'm sorry peeps. I'll post something longer and more interesting next time. One more thing before I left you guys, I would like to share a video from a Korean Band *I'm not into K-pop that much because I hate it when I don't understand a word they're singing named F.T Island. This song is called Girls Don't Know. I fell in love with this song when I was at the Photo Shop. I mean a real photo shop where we go and take pictures,not that edit-everything-web photoshop. Back to the topic. When I heard this song,it melts me. The vocalist's voice was so amazing. I've never heard someone expressing emotions so good in a song like he did. SO yeah, enough with the babbling and lets enjoy the video! :)

Finally its the ending of my agony. Waiting for the UPU's result was pain like hell. Few days ago  I've got the result and yes! I did it! I got in! Just what I'm hoping for.I'm so thankful to Allah :)

I can't wait to start a new life but at the same time I'm scared too. I'm afraid that I can't cope with my new life. What if I can't stand being away from home? *yes,Imma spoil brat.so? What if I can't understand what I'm learning? *I'm too shy to ask for help.I'm such an idiot,rite? What if I can't get along with my roommate? *that would be a huge problem What if....  sheesh, what am I doing? *don't be scared,peeps.I'm still sane.*giggles

Dear Allah,please give me the strength to survive in this new life. *I hope I didn't get lost.you know,its a jungle out there :p

By the way, I would like to seize this opportunity to congrats to those who got in too.Not to forget,to those who didn't make it don't ever give up. You still can shine in other ways. Just believe in yourself okay  :)
